Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RISE – Roshni Institute of Skills & Empowerment, we strive to provide high-quality educational programs, training services, and learning experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request cancellations, course transfers, or refunds. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

All payments made for courses, workshops, certifications, or learning materials are considered final once enrollment is confirmed. Since our programs include immediate access to digital resources, administrative processing, instructor allocation, and learning support, refunds are generally not offered after enrollment. Users are encouraged to review all program details, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements carefully before making a payment.

Cancellations must be requested within the specified time frame communicated at the time of enrollment. Requests made after classes have begun, materials have been accessed, or sessions have been attended may not be eligible for a refund. In special cases involving medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, RISE may review the request and offer partial adjustments at its discretion, subject to valid documentation.

Course transfers to another batch, program, or schedule are permitted only when seats are available and after approval from the administration team. Any difference in course fees must be paid by the learner. Transfers cannot be guaranteed and may involve administrative charges depending on the nature of the shift.

If a program is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by RISE due to operational or academic reasons, learners will be provided with alternative options, including shifting to the next available batch or requesting a credit that can be applied to another RISE course. Direct refunds may be processed only in exceptional scenarios where a suitable alternative cannot be provided.

For payments made through online gateways, banks, UPI, or third-party platforms, RISE is not responsible for delays, technical issues, or transaction failures. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only to the original payment method and may take several working days, depending on banking and processing timelines.
