What Is Logistics & Supply Chain?
Every product you buy — from a pencil to a laptop — travels through a system before reaching you. This system is called the Supply Chain. It includes: • Raw material production • Manufacturing • Warehousing • Transportation • Retail delivery Logistics is the movement part of the supply chain (transport, storage, distribution). Example: A chocolate travels through — Farm → Factory → Storage → Distributor → Shop → You Without logistics, factories can’t produce, shops can’t sell, and customers can’t receive.
