Any user-generated content uploaded to the platform, such as assignments, projects, feedback, testimonials, or submissions, may be used by RISE for educational, promotional, or developmental purposes, while maintaining the privacy and dignity of students. All trademarks, logos, and brand names used on the platform belong to their respective owners, and any third-party content remains the property of its creators.

We take intellectual property protection seriously and actively monitor misuse, unauthorized duplication, illegal training activities, or attempts to copy and resell course content. Any violations may result in immediate removal from the platform, reporting to authorities, and legal penalties under copyright and cyber laws.
